The Gate/Globe & Check Valves are in bolted bonnet construction flanged/socket connection and available in various pressure classes from 150 to 300, in a variety of materials and end-connections.

Gate Valves/ Sluice valve

Bonnet construction in a gate valve is pressure seal bonnet. Gate valves may have flanged ends which are drilled according to pipeline compatible flange dimensional standards. Gate valves are typically constructed from cast iron, cast carbon steel, gun metal, stainless steel, forged steels.

Globe Valves

For regulating flow in a pipeline, Globe valve is used. Globe valve is having movable disk type element and a fixed seat in a body. It is operated by screw rotation with the help of plug mounting on stem.

Forged Steel Valves

Flowgain Valves offer various range of forged steel valves like Gate , Globe & Check Valves in forged construction to suit the requirements of clients. Flowgain forged steel valves conform to ASME B16.34 and the range comprises Pressure-seal Gate, Globe & Check Valves in ASME classes up to 300.

Gate Valve

Designed & manufactured to API 602/BS-5352. Tested to AP- 998/BS-5146. Outside screw and yoke type bolted bonnet construction Body and bonnet made from high quality forgings in class of 300 and above. These valves are accurately machined Gate and seat rings with mirror finished seating surfaces as one of the feature to assure leak tightness Wedge. These are accurately guided throughout its travel in machined guide ways in body. Back seating surfaces provided integral to bonnet.

Globe Valve

Designed and manufactured to BS-5352. Tested to BS-5146 boy and bonnet made from high quality forgings. Taper Plug type disc of globe valve and seated screwed seat ring with perfect matching of mating parts to assure leak tightness. Design flow passages to minimise pressure losses and erosion.

Check Valve

Designed and manufactured to BS-5352 Tested to BS-5146. Plug type disc in taper design and with renewable seat ring for perfect seating assure leak tightness. Bush guided piston assuring accurate return to seat ring to achieve high leak tightness. These are designed for flow passages to minimise pressure losses.

Pipeline Ball Valves

Butterfly valves

A butterfly valve is a valve which is used for isolating or rflow. The wafer style butterflyegulating valve is designed to prevent backflow in systems designed for unidirectional flow in less space.
